Desk Recharger Base
ADC’s Diagnostix 3.5V Desk Recharger Base holds two Diagnostix rechargeable handles (included). The colored LED power indicator displays charging state; charging time is about three hours. Base includes wall mount bracket for permanently mounting to wall or cabinet and reducing sleeve to enable charging of smaller AA-sized handles. Integrated storage compartment accommodates a small selection of specula or spare lamps. Includes universal power supply with U.S. plug. (For international use, our Global Adapter Kit, item 5660TN-GAK, can be ordered separately. The kit includes three replacement plugs for the EU, UK, and Australia that connect to our universal power supply.) Two-year warranty on desk charger
Plug-in Rechargeable Battery Handle
ADC’s Diagnostix 3.5V Plug-in Rechargeable Battery Handle (model 5460) is a C-sized handle with a 1400 mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery. The top half of handle unscrews to access U.S. wall plug (EU compatible plug option is available; add "-EU" to model number when ordering). CNC machined from solid brass, the handle is chrome plated in black with a ribbed surface for a sure grip. Our Adtronic electronic rheostatic light intensity control provides infinite continuous control and an auto off feature after two minutes. The Li-ion battery provide 2-3 hours continuous use with Xenon lamping, 30 hours use with LED lamping (when charged for 24 hours). Up to 1,200 charge cycles, two- year warranty.
Standard Otoscope
ADC’s Diagnostix 3.5V Standard Otoscope features fiber-optic light transmission for an unobstructed view, and optical glass for 3X magnification and reduced reflection. The bidirectional swivel lens is suitable for instrumentation, and the insufflator port allows for pneumatic otoscopy (insufflator sold separately). The Standard Otoscope offers anti-theft locking, standard, and is compatible with Welch Allyn specula. It has high-performance AdLED illumination. Coax Plus Ophthalmoscope
ADC’s Diagnostix 3.5V Coax Plus Ophthalmoscope is packed with features, including: 89 viewing lenses from -44 to +45; 28 aperture/filter combinations; six apertures; and three filters (plus neutral). A secondary focusing wheel offers zero retention for quick correction of ametropias, while the high-performance aspherical condenser lens reduces corneal reflection. Our ergonomic design and integral thumb rest improves stability and allows one finger control of all functions. The instrument is dust proof and includes a magnified/illuminated lens viewing window, plus an anti-theft locking feature, standard. It has high-performance AdLED illumination.
