Free Returns for Fulfillment Errors
- If we make a mistake with your order, you will not incur return shipping charges or restocking fees.
How to Initiate a Return
- Authorization Required: All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Return Conditions
- A 25% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date and in their original, saleable condition.
- Refunds will be processed for the return net of shipping costs and restocking fees.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Discounted or Sale Items
- Drop-Shipped or Special Order Items
- Products Shipped Directly from the Manufacturer
- Hazardous Materials
- Products Shipped on Ice or Dry Ice
- Opened or Defaced Products
- Used Instruments and Equipment
- Compressed Gas Tanks (e.g., Oxygen Tanks)
- Seasonal Injectables and Vaccines
How We Handle Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds or credits will be processed promptly.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs and restocking fees unless due to a fulfillment error.

- Returns initiated beyond 30 days of the invoice date will not be accepted.
