At Rally Inc., we’re committed to ensuring fast, reliable, and efficient shipping for all your medical supply needs. Please review our updated shipping policy for important details about how we handle your orders.
Shipping Within the Houston Area
- Orders in the Houston area are shipped free of charge via Rally Inc. vans, delivered directly by our professional team.

Shipping Outside the Houston Area
- Orders outside the Houston area are shipped using the most cost-effective carrier.
- Carrier shipping costs are added to the invoice at checkout.
- Refrigerated items are shipped separately in coolers and dispatched Monday through Wednesday to ensure delivery within two business days. Refrigerated items are not returnable.

Delivery Commitments
- Rally Inc. will make every effort to deliver orders on or before the estimated delivery date. However, Rally Inc. is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Backordered Items: These will ship immediately upon receipt from our supplier. Backorders not fulfilled within 30 days may be canceled.

Special Services and Additional Charges
- Hot-Shot Service: Rush orders may be available for an additional charge. Contact Customer Service for details.
- Furniture and Large Equipment: Shipped to the customer’s dock. Additional fees apply for lift gate service, inside delivery, or setup.
- Drop-Ship Orders: Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Additional fees and variable delivery times may apply. Rally Inc. will cover the drop-ship cost and add it to the customer invoice.
- Hazardous Materials: Orders containing hazardous materials may incur additional fees based on Department of Transportation regulations.

Compliance for Prescription and Controlled Substances
- Licensure Requirements: A valid medical license and DEA license must be on file for orders of prescription drugs or controlled substances.
- Controlled Substances: Include a $25 Controlled Substance License Reporting Surcharge.
- Starting November 27, 2023, orders containing RX items will require a Global Location Number (GLN) for compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
- Each “Ship To” location must have a verified GLN.

Important Information
- Orders under $100 will be assessed a $15 Minimum Order Charge.
- Refrigerated and hazardous items must be handled according to guidelines upon receipt.
