Over the past year Rally
Inc.
has grown dramatically both in the United States and internationally. Sales have
increased 42% over the past years
and we want to express our appreciation for
your business. It was through your increased support that we have been able to
grow. To further improve our level of service to you, we have made two major
investments in our business infrastructure. First we have moved into a even
larger facility which will house our warehousing, logistics and shipping
functions, as well as our new training facility. In addition, we have been
migrating to a new computer software and hardware systems, which is intended to
improve all aspects of our service, from taking orders, to shipping, and to
invoicing. We are committed to quality improvement, and as the year progresses,
you should expect continuous improvement in our level of services to you. We at Rally

believe that the key to success is our commitment to
excellent service and customer relationship. We want to help you be as
successful as you can be and we are working hard to implement changes that will
make us both stronger. As with any change, there is always the risk that things
